Our crew travels to Compone, Peru to film MIT's D-Lab’s Amy Smith and her students work with residents to develop low-cost, accessible technologies. Smith, is a MacArthur award winner and leader in the appropriate technology movement, which helps people in developing countries through the creation of simple, low-cost technology.
